The Space
Located within the iconic Urbana township, one of Kolkata’s tallest and most prestigious residential developments, this residence was designed to balance luxury with everyday comfort. Expansive living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a carefully curated material palette create a home that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Every corner was thoughtfully planned to maximize natural light, enhance functionality, and celebrate the stunning skyline views that Urbana is known for. The result is a refined living environment where contemporary design meets timeless elegance.
The Space
This 6000 sq ft home in Kolkata gave us the chance to really experiment with scale and detail. From a 22-foot hand-crafted marble wall in the living room to bold contrasts in the master bedroom and a smart, gold-detailed master bathroom, every space has its own story. The design plays with curves, textures, and light while still feeling warm and comfortable. It’s a project that pushed us to try new things, and we love how it all came together.
